EPAC Advisors work with non-degree, exploratory, and pre-health students to develop goals and an educational plan.

The Exploratory and Pre-Professional Advising Center (EPAC) plays an essential role in shaping the early academic success of our students by easing the transition to UNM. The interaction between student and advisor begins during New Student Orientation and extends throughout the next 4 semesters. The advisors work with non-degree, exploratory, and pre-health students to develop goals and an educational plan.

Furthermore, EPAC promotes collaboration by working closely with health science entities, participating in campus wide initiatives, and programming that have a direct impact on student success and retention thus providing students with vast academic opportunities.

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Exploratory and Pre-Professional Advising Center will be modifying our in-person advisement appointments. Student appointments are available via Zoom, email, Microsoft Teams chat, and in person meetings. The advisor's availability is noted in LoboAchieve.
